Evaluation of radiological indices of the spine and pelvis ratios in children with a severe form of slipped capital femoral epiphysis

BACKGROUND: Slipped capital femoral epiphysis is one of the most severe diseases hip joint in children and characterized by displacement proximal epiphysis, occurring as a result decrease mechanical strength its growth plate.  AIM: To assess radiological parameters frontal relations femur epiphysis.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: study included 30 patients (30 hips) aged 1114 years form presence posterior 60 combined downward no more than 10 absence (pre-slip stage) other.  CONCLUSIONS: Children this are retroversion, decreased kyphosis, positive imbalance, toward limb. Planning reconstructive restorative interventions on should consider restore correct prevent spine.
